Greater Southwest Black Chamber of Commerce MISSION STATEMENT is to provide the building blocks to create opportunities for members to grow successful businesses and to educate, enhance and develop the local economics of Lancaster, DeSoto, Duncanville, Cedar Hill and the DFW Metroplex.

Board of Directors MISSION STATEMENT is to look forward to our board meetings, being comfortable in the knowledge that we will move our organization close to its goals and provide support and encouragement for everyone.

The Purpose of the Chamber is to help minority-owned businesses gain greater exposure and increased visibility which brings more revenue to businesses.  We can help the minority-consumer market and business community in many ways by helping them to understand the importance of commerce.

Linda S Gray | Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Linda moved to Lancaster TX, March 2003. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Greater Southwest Black Chamber of Commerce. Her business objective is to operate in a responsible leadership position where her focus is definitely on business as a visionary with strong leadership skills. It is important to Ms. Gray that her role as a community leader help solve problems that can make a difference in the lives of business owners. Her career has allowed her to be involved in business affairs requiring strong analytical and decision-making skills that has a positive and effective role in the development of our small businesses, young people and our community today. On a professional and business level, many have found her to have a pleasant and positive attitude as well as being a great Woman of God.
